Shipping/Returns

Shipping Policy:

When shopping online at Mini Boutique, we understand how important it is for your items to arrive the way you expect them. You can be certain that we will make every effort to ship your order with minimal interruptions.

How We Ship: 

  • We currently offer FREE shipping to Canada and USA with a minimum purchase of $150 (Cnd) before tax.
  • Purchases made to Canada and the US that total less than $150 (Cnd) before tax, will be charged a flat rate of $10 for Canadian orders and $12 for USA orders.
  • Orders are shipped throughout the week (with the exception of weekends and holidays) usually within 48 hours of ordering.
  • Please note: at this time, Mini Boutique is not shipping outside of North America. 
  • Items shipped within Canada are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes, which will be applied at checkout.  Please allow for an estimated 2-9 business days for shipments within Canada after the order has been processed.

Shipping to the United States:

Mini Boutique uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel for shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 6-12 business days. For US Orders, please allow time for customs clearance.  When shipping to the U.S. additional duties and taxes may incur and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please take notice of your local customs and import fees. 

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once you have completed your order online, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.
  • You can track your package online through Canada Post. 
  • Mini Boutique is not responsible for orders sent without a tracking number at the request of the customer.

International Shipping:

Return Policy:

  • Mini Boutique will return all regular priced items within 3 days of you receiving your package.
  • Items must be unworn and unaltered, all tags must be intact, and in original condition. 
  • Shipping and handling costs for returns will be incurred by the customer.
  • Items must be wrapped in tissue and returned in the same manner as they were received. 
  • Returns must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To Return:

  1. Email info@miniboutique.ca to request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within days 3 of receiving your package.
  2. Once you have been issued an RA#, return the item back to Mini Boutique with the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  3. All return shipments must be sent prepaid either via UPS, Fed Ex, or Canada Post Mail.
  4. Mini Boutique will refund payment in the same manner of which the original purchase was made.

Please Note: Mini Boutique has the right to deny refund, if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements as stated. Mini Boutique will deny all returns that do not have a valid RA# clearly visible on the package.

Mini Exceptions: 

For hygienic reasons, bathing suits are a final sale.

Mini Boutique is not liable for uncontrollable events stemming from incorrect mailing addresses. Please ensure information entered into your customer profile is accurate

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time you place your order. 

Please send your cancellation request to info@miniboutique.ca.  We will notify you if your order is eligible to be cancelled. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not confirm that your order is cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy. 

Damaged Merchandise

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@miniboutique.ca within  24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you provide us with detailed photographs so we can take a look. This is necessary for our records
